How much is shipping?
FREE USA Shipping on all orders over $150 (no code needed - this will automatically calculate at checkout)
For USA orders under $150: We offer $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping. This means no matter how many items you buy you will never pay more than $5.99!
We also offer FREE Shipping on All Phone Cases and Women's Swimwear which will automatically happen during your checkout process!
FREE Shipping to Canada on orders over $200. For our Flat Rate to Canada on orders under $200 it is $18.99.
We do not currently offer shipping to other countries. However you can message us via Instagram with specific requests and we will try to work with you to make an order happen if you live in Europe etc...
Where are you located?
We are located in Northern Arizona!
We do 90% of our printing, stitching and sewing in the USA. With a few items made in Mexico or Canada.
Do you allow returns or exchanges?
Yes! We offer both returns and exchanges on all items on the website within 2 weeks of purchase **except for phone cases - which are not returnable!**
1. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, (if we shipped the wrong item or wrong size) we will cover both the return and exchange shipping for you. Email us at the contact email below for a return slip.
2. If the return or exchange is due to customer changing their mind / wanting a different size or color: customer will be responsible for return shipping - however we will still cover the free shipping to get the new / exchanged item back to you! Email us at the contact email below for a return authorization code (or you can contact us via our Instagram messages)
3. For all returns an exchanges the item must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving, be in new and resellable condition and unwashed. Items that do not fit this criterion are not returnable. Items outside the 2 weeks are not returnable; however exceptions are made in December for Christmas and this window is increased to 30 days due to early shopping and gift giving.
4. Phone cases are made to order, custom to fit your exact phone model and graphics you pick and are NOT returnable. Please be very sure of your exact phone model when ordering.
5. Return refunds will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving the item if it meets the above return criterion. Shipping charges are not refundable.
